Lime Beef Steak

Ingredients

2 beef western steaks

Marinade

1/3 cups of lime juice

3 Tbsp of green onion, finely minced

3 Tbsp of water

1 ½ Tbsp of vegetable oil

1 Tbsp of minced ginger

Half tsp of salt

Salsa

2 cups of mango, diced

2 Tbsp of lime juice

1 Tbsp of cilantro, minced

1 Tbsp onion, finely minced

1 tsp of ginger finely minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Direction

Blend all the ingredients of marinade in a bowl and add steaks to the bowl .

Let it set for about 6 hours.

Start mixing your salsa while preheating the grill.

For making salsa, combine all ingredients, stir and cover with lid. Place it in refrigerator.

Remove steaks and add to the grill. Cook until get the desired tenderness.

Flip after every 2-3 minutes and serve steaks with salsa.
